How much does it cost to rent the Bada Bing Party Bus?

Please contact our office via email info@badabingpartybus.net or call 888-BING (2464) regarding specific prices for your party.  Rates are based on a per person basis.  Prices are based on a flat rate with a minimum of 20 people. 

Do I have to have 20 people to book a bus?

No, however you are charged the flat rate based on 20 people.  It's not difficult to get 20 people to party with you!  Include, family, friends, colleagues etc.  To make it even easier, combine two birthdays!  It's so much easier!  This way each of you invite 10-12 people!

How do I book a bus?

Telephone our office during regular business hours at 888-2464.  We require your name, address, telephone number, email address, occasion, and the name of the guest of honor if applicable.

Do I need to pay a deposit when booking a bus?

Yes, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of your telephone booking to guarantee your date.  Deposits are paid in person by cheque, cash or money order at our office by appointment only.  A representative from our office will arrange a convenient time to meet.  Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.  A receipt and contract is provided for all paid deposits.

Do I have to choose my party destinations right away when I book the bus?

No, a date will be indicated on your contract as to when you to contact our office and submit your party destinations and pick-up location.  All you have to do is phone it in.  The only time you will have to submit your destinations on the day you pay your deposit is when you book the bus last minute. (3-5 days of your event date)

Do you print tickets for the bus for me to sell to my friends in advance? 

No we don't, but you can if you like!  All your friends will receive an official Bada Bing Bus guest pass upon arrival at the bus. 

Do you travel outside of Winnipeg?

Yes, subject to availability.  Extra charges apply for travel outside of Winnipeg.  Some restrictions apply. Call or email for rates.

Can I rent the buses during the day?  Do you operate seven days a week?

Yes, all our buses are available for daytime events!  Yes, we operate all year round.

Do I receive a contract when I book a bus?

Yes, we provide a contract outlining all the policies and procedures regarding your booking along with helpful party planning ideas!

How many buses does Bada Bing Bus operate?

Yes, you choose all the destinations.   Any clubs, pubs, and restaurants. How many places can I go to in one night?

If your planning on doing a pub crawl, you have enough time to go to 3 locations.

Do we have to pay cover charge and wait in line at the bars?

No, when you ride Bada Bing Bus, you will always receive guaranteed V.I.P. entry with no waiting in line and no cover charge at ALL clubs.

Is it true all the Winnipeg nightclubs have time arrival restrictions?

Yes, all Winnipeg clubs have time arrival restrictions.  This is the policy of the nightclub, not Bada Bing Bus.  We have to arrive at all nightclubs by a specified time.  Contact our office for a list of clubs and time arrival restrictions.  These times are non-negotiable.

How do we know when to get back on the bus?  Do you come inside looking for us?

Your party host will announce all your boarding and departure times on the microphone aboard the bus only.  Sorry, our staff do not come inside looking for you.  It's your responsibility to catch the bus on time. 

Does the bus wait if someone is late?

Sorry, due to strict time arrival restirctions and schedules, the bus cannot wait for late passengers.  Your host will announce this rule aboard the bus to everyone at the beginning of the night.

I have some friends that can't meet the bus at the scheduled pick-up time.  Can my friends jump on the bus later into the night?

Yes, however your friends must arrive at the party destinations the same time the bus is instructed to.

Does Bada Bing Bus own and operate all the party locations you travel to?

Unfortunately, no.  Bada Bing Party Bus is not affiated with all licensed establishments.  We are strictly the transportation service.

What type of photo identification do I need?

Valid government issued photo Identification is required by ALL passengers (regardless of age) to enter licensed establishments.  Must be at least 18 years of age. (drivers license, passport or a MLCC ID card).  To apply for an MLCC card please visit the Manitoba Liquor Control Commision website at www.mlcc.mb.ca   Intoxicated or barred patrons will not gain access into licensed establishments.  All clubs reserve the right to refuse entry to any person (s) clearly intoxicated.

Can I leave my jacket, camera and purse on the bus?

Unfortunately, we do not allow passengers to leave valuables (purses, cameras, cell phones etc) on the bus due to liability.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property during your tour.  Yes, you can leave your jackets on the bus.  They are safe and locked on the bus.

How many people can fit on your buses?

Red Bus seating for 25 passengers.                   Maximum passengers 30

Blue Bus seating for 25 passengers.                  Maximum passengers 26

Do I have to pay a damage deposit? 

Selected tours may be requested to pay a minimum cash damage deposit of $200.00. This will be refunded to you at the conclusion of the night if their is no damage.  The person on the contract would be liable for any damage.

Do you have music on the bus?  What format?

Yes, we have a large music library.  CD's only.  You are welcome to make your own CD's and bring with you.

Does Bada Bing Bus decorate the buses too?

Yes, what's a party without balloons.  All buses are decorated with balloons.

Are plastic cups provided on the bus?

We are environmentally friendly and no longer provide plastic cups aboard the bus.

Is it true the birthday person (s) or guest of honor receive a gift bag?

Yes, we always honor all our birthday stars, brides etc with a $250.00 Bada Bing Bus gift bag packed with amazing gifts from our sponsors including Bobbi Brown cosmetics, $25.00 Love Nest gift certificate, a haircut/style + manicure at Sets on Fort, flowers from Grower Direct, 939 Portage Ave and more! How long can we rent the bus for?

All our evening rentals are either 7:00 pm -1:00 am or 8:00 pm -2:00 am.  Subject to availability.  Times are sometimes flexible.  Contact the office for details.

Can we rent the bus after 2:00 am?

No, sorry all our tours conclude at 2:00 am.

Where does the bus pick us up and drop us off?  Do you drive everyone home at the end of the night?

The bus picks up everyone from one location of your choice (residence, parking lot, your choice).  At the end of the night, everyone is returned back to the original pick-up location.  We can drop you off at a different location if the drop off is closer to the final party destination.  Sorry, we do not drive each person home at the end of the night.

Can the bus stop at ATM's, drive thru's etc on the way home?

Sorry, we cannot make any stops along the way.

I have some friends coming in from out of town and we did hotel accommodation.  Do you recommend any hotels?

Yes, we have a special sponsorship arrangement with the Viscount Gort Hotel, 1670 Portage Avenue (Across the street from Polo Park shopping Centre).  Room rates are listed on the "services" section of our site.  We can make the reservations for you.  A major credit card is required.  We will provide you with a hotel confirmation number.  Check in is 3:00 pm.

Is ice provided on the bus?

Yes, we provide on all our buses free Coke, Sprite and Rockstar Energy Drinks.

Can you smoke on the bus?

No, Bada Bing Bus is a smoke free environment.  Manitoba smoking bylaw prohibits smoking in all enclosed areas and workplaces.   Offense fine ranges from $500.00 to $3000.00. 

Can a book a male or female dancer on the bus? 

Yes, you have to hire our own Bada Bing Bus entertainment.  Photos are available upon request.

How do I apply the Bada Bing Bus gift certificate or other promotional offers to by party bus rental?

Bada Bing Bus gift certificates can be used at anytime with exception of some gift certificates date and event specific.  All gift certificates and special promotional offers must be presented on the date of the event.  Only one gift certificate can be redeemed per bus rental.  All gift certificates must be valid.   

What is your cancellation policy?

Bada Bing Bus requires 12-14 days notice to cancel your bus rental.  Your $100.00 non-refundable deposit is switched to a $100.00 credit.  This credit has no expiry date and is transferrable to another person.  Failure to provide proper notice, you will be responsible to pay the flat rate outstanding balance on the contract.
